StarFire pour Mac

I like this program A LOT! Fast, easy, and light. The UI is a little "old" looking or appears a bit "amateur" at first glance...BUT DON'T LET THAT FOOL YOU! I'LL TAKE SPEED, RELIABILITY, AND FLAWLESS OUTPUT over silly animations and needless CPU sucking eye-candy ANYDAY. Also, two quick questions for anyone who is REALLY knowledgeable about Mac video transcoding. 1. Is this program also compatible with the Elgato Turbo HD.264 USB stick for transcoding acceleration? I know there are a bunch of 3rd party vendors that this works with...I'm just not sure if the technology used in this jives with the USB stick. 2. Are my output videos optimized to use the GPU for playback automatically? If I encode something for AppleTV...but sometimes play it on my laptop, is my MB Pro using the GPU to save the juice...or is it all CPU? Thanks to anyone who has some answers!

After using it for some months, SF getting real good. Also beside SQUEEZE 7 (uses Cuda) , one of the only video apps, that uses the GPU for the preencoding / encoding process. "Core Image, Core Video, OpenGL, Grand Central and Open CL" is used in that app. price is OK

What's up with iPad export?! When you click export to iPad it's the same dialog and settings as with Export for iPod. Don't confuse the two, they are different devices, you know! At least screenwise

Can't load an ISO? Really can't use it if that's the case. Looks promising though. :.\
